Step 1

Find Your Machine

Browse our full inventory of dozers, skidders, excavators, trucks and more — over 200 machines sourced from across the United States. Use the category buttons or the search bar on our home page to filter by machine type and price range.

Every listing includes photos, hours, stock number and pricing. When you find a machine you like, note the stock number so our team can pull the exact unit for you.

💡 Tip: Not sure which machine fits your job? Send us your project details and we’ll recommend the right equipment from our stock.
Step 2

Send an Inquiry & Pay

Once you’ve chosen a machine, send us an inquiry with the stock number and your destination port. We’ll reply with a full price quote including the machine, export handling and freight to your nearest port.

Using “Inquire Now”

Send us your inquiry and we’ll email you a detailed quote. Ask any questions by replying to the email. Once you agree with the price and condition, we send you the invoice for payment.

🏦

Payment by Wire Transfer

Check your invoice, then bring it to your bank and request a SWIFT wire transfer. Once payment is confirmed, we immediately begin preparing your machine for export.

💡 Tip: Tell us your destination port up front so your quote includes accurate freight costs — no surprises later.
Step 3

We Handle Export & Shipping

When payment is received, we book the vessel and send you the shipping schedule. Depending on the port and machine size, ocean transit typically takes 3 to 6 weeks.

Before departure we share your Bill of Lading (B/L) number and send the original export documents to your address. These documents let you clear customs and register the machine on arrival.

💡 Tip: Heavy equipment usually ships RoRo (roll-on/roll-off) or flat-rack. We’ll advise the best method for your machine and route.
Step 4

Delivery & Customs Clearance

When your machine arrives, you’ll receive an arrival notice. Present your documents at the customs office of your arrival port and pay any duty and taxes. Then it’s ready for pickup.

🚚

Pick It Up Yourself

Arrange an appointment with the port, bring a suitable trailer, load up your machine and haul it away.

🚛

Have a Carrier Deliver It

Hire a transport company to move the machine from the port to your yard. Send them the pickup location and they handle the rest.

💡 Tips:
  • You can hire an import broker to handle all paperwork and delivery for you — it saves time and effort.
  • Confirm your destination country’s import rules before purchasing so your machine qualifies.
  • Call your local customs office to confirm exactly which documents you’ll need.
